Creative Packaging Designer

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing cosmetics and beauty company who design fun novelty products on behalf of huge brands like Disney 👌

Reporting into the founder, you’ll help to craft fun and exciting product ideas as well as design and artwork the packaging with support from a small team.

We are looking for an experienced and conceptually strong designer who has experience creating packaging for FMCG brands.

About the role:

• Think laterally to tease out original product and packaging design ideas which capture the brand essence
• Take briefs from ideation to execution, delivering not only original concepts but getting hands-on when it comes to packaging design and artworking
• Help to develop style guides for new beauty product ranges on behalf or global brands like Disney and many others
• Support the Creative Director with design management, ensuring the studio is organised and the team are inspired

About You:

• Creative catalyst with experience of concepting packaging ideas for FMCG products, ideally within beauty and cosmetics
• Sound knowledge across packaging design, artworking and print production
• Design management experience with the ability to manage a small team and implement studio processes
• Fluent in the use of relevant design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite
