Email and CRM Designer needed for Global Food Start Up

CRM Designer | Global Food Start-up | Up to £40,000 per annum

A rare and exciting opportunity to work with of the world’s fastest growing food start up as part of their Design Studio, working on Global marketing projects across our fast-paced innovative company.

They’re looking for an experienced and passionate CRM Designer to join their team – a CRM specialist with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to rapidly conceptualise, produce, and deliver digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Global marketing teams to build creative material that delivers against their objectives and develop their content in line with our wider business strategy
• Work closely with the Global Studio including developers, copywriters and content editors to lead the creation of cutting-edge and breakthrough creative ideas across CRM
• Design and create engaging content for digital and print assets
• Ensure CRM communications are consistent across all Global markets
• Ensure a seamless on-brand customer journey across all marketing and advertising touch points
• Identify and initiate improvements to the CRM design and execution of graphics material
• Share digital expertise and technical knowledge with other global teams
• Working with the in-house photography studio team to concept and shoot content for use in CRM

Required skills and experience

• Strong portfolio with examples of email design for mobile and desktop
• Highly skilled CRM Designer with a minimum of 3 years experience in a creative agency or in-house design team
• Experience in small and large-scale projects
• Experience working on digital/branding programs
• Experience in creative and testing strategies for digital media, and online advertising
• Expert Knowledge of Adobe CC skills. – Especially Photoshop
• HTML/CSS experience is a plus
• UI/UX experience is a plus
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Able to support a team
