Founding Product Designer

Europe Permanent €70000.00 - €90000.00 per annum + + equity

This FinTech Saas Start-Up is seeking a Founding Product Designer to join their team at a super-early stage, and be part of the founding team.

You will:

Own the entire design (UI & UX) and user research process
Drive the product vision forward, and advocate for design driven thinking and processes
Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to define both long-term strategy and short-term goals
Balance customer experience, business priorities and a delightful user experience

Requirements:

At least 3 years commercial experience as a product/UI/UX designer
Experience and interest in designing systems from scratch
High standard, for yourself and the people you work with
Experience delivering and iterating B2B SaaS products
