Founding Product Designer
This FinTech Saas Start-Up is seeking a Founding Product Designer to join their team at a super-early stage, and be part of the founding team.
You will:
- Own the entire design (UI & UX) and user research process
- Drive the product vision forward, and advocate for design driven thinking and processes
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to define both long-term strategy and short-term goals
- Balance customer experience, business priorities and a delightful user experience
Requirements:
- At least 3 years commercial experience as a product/UI/UX designer
- Experience and interest in designing systems from scratch
- High standard, for yourself and the people you work with
- Experience delivering and iterating B2B SaaS products
