Graphic Designer – Hybrid working – Reading/Maidenhead

This will be working with a full-service creative agency specialising in employee experience and internal communications. You will be working with a team of consultants, who are all passionate about creating amazing workplace experiences. Working with a range of with different businesses and industries, however they all have one thing in common – they care about their people.

You’ll be working in the creative studio team generating concepts and developing designs for a variety of media including, print, online and experiential.

Your design responsibilities will include:

• Confidently reading through and understanding briefs
• Working closely with the client services team to make sure your ideas hit the mark
• Being conscious of time and budgets
• Working with our development and production team to bring your ideas to life
• Respecting our client’s brand and bringing it to life in your designs
• Presenting your ideas to the team and our clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A portfolio which demonstrates strong problem-solving ability in various phases of design and delivery
• Excellent working knowledge of creative processes and techniques.
• High proficiency in Adobe creative suite
• Great organisational skills, able to juggle and prioritise
• Worked within collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
• At least 2 years previous agency experience
