Graphic Designer/Content Producer – Digital & Print

We have partnered with one of London’s leading property developers to find a proactive and creative all round Graphic Designer/Content Producer. This designer will assist to all areas of the business, including the digital marketing and sales team, creating printed material, social media content, email newsletters, presentations and ideally have experience in photography.

As the business continues to grow with multiple brands under their belt, this is a great opportunity for a creative thinker who is keen to deliver high-quality content across multiple touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to receive content and deliver the appropriate design to communicate the key messages effectively through print and short film.

You’ll work across the business producing:

Social media and digital marketing assets

• Assisting the digital marketing team with the organic social media strategy
• Editing existing film to create reels, stories and posts across all social channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok.
• Adhoc photography of events, interiors and people in the business.
• Ad hoc photography for social media campaigns.
• Creating and designing email marketing assets

Property marketing assets

• Designing hoarding
• Designing factsheets
• Designing lightboxes

Corporate marketing

• Designing award-submissions

Print marketing collateral

• Editing corporate brochures

Skills needed:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. You’re used to working with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Rush to produce digital and printed assets.

• Strategic: You’re used to working with various departments to understand their key objectives and communicate their key messages through graphic design and digital communications.

• Strong layout and art working skills: You’re able to receive content and deliver the appropriate design to communicate the key messages effectively.

• Creative and autonomous: You’re able to produce content autonomously, interpreting a brief to produce relevant and visually appealing content.
