£28,000-£35,000 DOE

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be central to the creative development and execution of creative assets for the companies fast-growing social media and email communities as well as all websites. You will work closely with the growth team to improve digital image production used across our website and social platforms in this exciting new role. We are looking for a talented individual with a flair for design and the ability to adapt their skills to fit our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and a good level of digital technical ability.

Good typography skills, use of color, up to date with the latest thinking in graphics and digital design, proactive problem-solving abilities would be preferred and should be willing to work on a variety of projects. The candidate should be flexible and have problem-solving aptitude. Should be proficient in Photoshop and any level of experience using In-Design and Illustrator would be a bonus. Branding skills would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

· Research and produce daily digital assets for use across our website, emails and social media channels

· Researching, planning, and developing short-form stories for social and the website. This could include moving image, photography, graphics and written word

· Creating returnable content formats and features that help to build audience loyalty and repeat viewing

· Editing, colouring and mixing, and delivering per specifications with Adobe Creative Suite

· Procuring, managing and archiving assets from various touch points around the business

· Developing micro-formats for news, features, how-to videos

· Helping to handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment

· Interact collaboratively and take direction from the internal stakeholders, as well as working independently

Key Skills

· Articulate and able to communicate well in both written work and face to face

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

· In-Design and Illustrator experience would be a bonus

· Create engaging and attractive media for social, email and the website

· Photography (shooting and editing)

· A clear attention to detail and ability to work fast and multi-task

· Ability to work well to clear targets and deadlines

Your Profile

· 2+ years’ work experience in a similar role

· A portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and success

· You have a creative mind that enjoys learning

· You are incredibly organized

· You enjoy working through an understanding of what audiences want and how best to deliver them

· You are able to manage your time effectively to ensure deadlines are hit

· You are capable of problem-solving and working on your own initiative
