In this role: you’ll work in a talented team of designers, UX’ers, writers and developers, and of course, you’ll work alongside the clients and their customers every step of the way.

We are looking for: an outstanding Junior – Mid designer who has a passion for cutting edge digital design. Experience in digital design and working in an agency environment will be a plus.

About the role:

• Involvement along every step of the journey – including hearing the client brief, research, speaking to customers and validating findings
• Once you’re immersed in the problem and the jobs to be done, you will be sketching, concepting, designing and storytelling to bring the experience to life
• Sometimes working alone, sometimes with customers, sometimes as part of big scrum teams – but always using all your creative skills to realise ideas rapidly before testing and iterating to ensure the best one’s progress.

About You

• Above all, an obsessive passion for design and an endless desire to make things visually compelling and super intuitive to use
• You will have excellent layout skills and Photoshop skills
• A degree in Digital Design, hands on experience within an agency or inhouse, or both
• An understanding of User Centred Design, UX, UI, Product Design etc.
• Ability to Sketch and prototype ideas for new digital products and services
• Ability to Design flows and experiences that are clean and well thought out
• Great communication skills
