Lead Designer – 6 Month Contract

Lead Designer | 6 Month Contract | ASAP Start | Up to £330 per day

My client is one of the flagship brands of one of the world’s largest travel companies; their London team is looking to bringin a Lead Designer to join the Creative team to help steer them towards unforgettable creative work in the run up to Christmas and beyond.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Designer with experience leading teams in the creation of assets across all physical and digital touchpoints for global clients to join, lead, and mentor an award winning team on a temporary basis. You’ll be joining them in their Central London office, starting ASAP – quickly picking up brand guidelines and TOV and taking creative ideas through from concept to delivery.

About the role…

• You’ll be exploring and conceptualising creative solutions to briefs, coming up with solutions in line with the brands vision and creative beliefs
• You’ll have the chance to work solo on projects, as well as part of a global team of Creatives
• Live and breathe Design Thinking – reevaluating existing design options and pushing to explore big ideas based on both brief and strategy
• Translate client briefs into straightforward brand guidelines that can be rolled out globally on packaging, corporate identity, mobile, digital and UX projects

About you…

• You’re a Lead Designer with experience producing memorable designs for global clients across different continents and cultures
• You can easily understand the problems a client is facing with their brand, and easily come up with a strategic process to solve them
• You are a team player who understands team interaction and the roles of team members.
• You perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions
