Lead UX Designer

This person will be reporting directly to the MD who is also our Head of UX. This person will also:

Oversee our client UX and service design projects.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops.

Oversee and, if required, directly contribute with UR work.

Create user journey maps, service blueprints, reports.

Oversee and chip in with UX work, including sketching or wireframing.

Requirements:

Do you have experience as a lead level User Experience Designer/Service Designer?

Has at least two years’ experience at a senior/lead level in an agency environment?

Do you have Digital Service Design experience?

Have you experience overseeing User Research?

Have experience of creating user flows and wireframing?
