Mid- Senior Creative

My Client are a leading Property Management brand looking for a Senior creative to take complete brand ownership and be responsible for all creative output; This is a great opportunity to be conceptually focused and create engaging new ideas. You will work closely within the marketing team to fulfil design requirements across digital and print platforms; The Senior creative will also liaise with the internal print team to ensure the success of large scale prints. You will also work closely with stakeholders and clients to create brand strategies, using your creative mind to improve and update the brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Design work including taking briefs from the business development, client development, research and marketing teams, producing design concepts, creating standard design templates, formatting approved copy into design templates and producing custom design
• Scheduling and planning design activity
• Managing the design and production process, including relationships with suppliers, printer and internal clients.
• Management and development of the brand

To be considered for the role you must have experience creating content across print and digital platforms, you must also have experience taking complex briefs and creating engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in expeditious environments as well as liaising with printers and conducting annual reports for large scale print.
