One of Salts Real Estate clients are looking for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to join their internal marketing and design team to help out the Lead Designer with the creative communication briefs for the business. This position would be perfect for someone looking to join a smaller team which will give them the opportunity to take control over projects. This role is integrated working across print, digital and new media.

The perfect Integrated Designer will have experience in these areas:

• Communicate efficiently with internal teams
• Work on all types of print material, research reports, bulletins, newsletters, flyers, invites, brochures, presentations, large format, and occasionally graphics for exhibition stands
• Have a good eye for detail and ensure quality control
• Manage time to meet deadlines as required, this can mean working across several projects at once, or bids with strict deadlines
• Be comfortable working on all aspects of a project, from taking a brief, discussing ideas with teams, liaising with printers to manage a project to completion.

Skills needed:

• At least 3 years experience in a busy design environment – agency or in-house
• A portfolio showcasing innovative and original thinking
• Fluent in all core Mac applications – Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Experience in HTML email processes
• Experience of advising directors, staff and external suppliers on application of corporate guidelines
• Knowledge of designing for digital use, experience with animation would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent time management and to be able to work to strict deadlines
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills are important
