Midweight Designer

Mid-weight Designer | SW London | Up to £35k

Do you want to help lead the creative direction and design output of a fast-growing, global eCommerce brand? This is an opportunity to make a huge impact!

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious integrated designer with 3 – 5 years’ experience who is conceptually strong and produces pixel perfect designs across digital and print. Illustration and animation skills would be a plus, as well as the ability to mentor a Junior Designer.

About the role:

• Working across digital and print, you will develop exciting and engaging concepts and deliver pixel perfect designs for the website, social media and marketing campaigns
• Work flexibly and creatively on pitches, presentations and other ad-hoc projects that require creative flare
• Support and mentor junior members of the team, helping with technical queries wherever necessary

About you:

• 3 – 5 years integrated design experienced
• An engaging and original portfolio of work, demonstrating experience across digital and print, with illustration and animation being a plus
• Proficiency in the Adobe CC, with After Effects and Premiere being a plus
• Self-motivated and able to handle projects from start to finish, working well within a dynamic team faced with deadlines
• Have solid interpersonal skills and able to manage relationships with clients and other internal stakeholders
