Product Designer

The Client for this role are within the Fintech space. They offer a management platform for Companies of all ranges and background to be able to handle business administrative tasks to aide their financial management and strategy. They are in need of a product Designer with good Native and Web app experience to expand on the features, interaction and user experience on their current product proposition.

Your role will include:

• Taking Lead on the Design of their product range.
• Bringing Design process and thinking into the team setup, in an agile fashion in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team
• Taking conceptual ideas and turning them into solutions that align with user needs
• Leading all Design stages from initial strategy to final delivery
• Aligning with the Engineering, Product and Legal teams to provide user centered solutions.
• Striving for optimisation of product performance through Research, data analysis, Validation and testing in an iterative manner.
• putting together demonstrations and workshops on your ideas for your Design and Feature output and changes.

Requirements for the role include:

• A minimum of 4 years experience working in Product Design with Digital products specifically.
• Experience in the full spectrum of end-to-end design; from process flow to interactions at a granular level.
• Experience working in a startup environment in an Agile team setup.
• A Strong grasp of Agile methodology and ability to harness it’s strengths.
• Ability to navigate your way through a range of Design tools and applications.
• Experience with Fintech projects, particularly with Mobile Apps is desired, but not essential.
• Experience with Shipping products.
• Ability to be a team player to deliver products
• An ability to solve complex problems with critical thinking and a creative outlook.
• Strong communication skills
• Design related degree or equivalent Design Accreditation.

The role will be a full time contract for a two month period but May extend as there is a solid pipeline of actionable requirements for the project as it is broad in scale.
