Product Designer

The Role

We are looking to bring on a Product Designer to support the existing Lead Designer and collaborate in cross-functional teams. This role will focus on delivering strategic company initiatives through design and involves working across multiple different products. This will be based on an understanding of user needs and business requirements. As a result, we are looking for a structured thinker who is adept at thinking through problems through the lens of multiple user types.

Must-haves

· 1-2 years experience designing for web & app

· Experience in using Figma and other prototyping tools

· Good UI and UX design skills – but we’re fine for you to have a strength in one

· Ability to iterate quickly and design within an agile development process

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· A portfolio that has some examples of recent work

Nice-to-haves

· Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

· Experience working in the B2B space

· Experience in research and analysing concepts

· Designing globally to target international users
