Salt have partnered with a Series A tech startup in Berlin who are looking for a Product Designer to join the team!

Our customer recently raised €10M in their Series A round and are backed by the founders of Personio and Y-Combinator and they are looking to build a careers platform for trades people for the German market!

The founders have a clear 4-year plan in place and we are now scaling across all areas but this Product Designer role will be pivotal for them to create a best in class UX and Visual display for their web platform before transitioning over to mobile next year.

What are we looking for?

• A fluent German & English speaker. It’s a German product so very important!
• 2-3 years’ experience as a product designer
• Someone who can take full ownership f the UX & UI
• You are comfortable conducting user interviews
• Someone able to communicate well with the product & engineering team
