My Client

Our mission is to improve the working lives of one million people by 2025; allowing employees to have flexibility, optionality and autonomy in where and how they work. The Role

From day one, as a product designer, you will be embedded into a close-knit, collaborative and supportive product team. You will be working side by side with engineers and product managers to solve problems on a daily basis, making the lives of our customers and internal teams that little bit more delightful.

We value an entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to experiment and fail, and courage to push the needle. We like to work with people who have the humility to course correct if things aren’t working, listen and offer opinions in equal measure and are comfortable working in an environment with lots of unknowns. We are looking for a designer with good UX design roots, experience of the full product lifecycle from user research through to developing solutions, and the ability to craft delightful and usable UIs.

As a growing team this is a great opportunity for someone to not only produce great designs, but to own and champion human centred design. You will help us gain high confidence in what we should build through discovery and solution hypotheses, and support delivery through design system contribution, design output and pairing with other team members.

  • Taking the lead on ideation work to uncover potential solutions * Collaborating closely with engineering and product managers to find solutions that balance usability, feasibility and viability

  • Impressive UI design skills that balance usability and delight.

  • A self-aware, self-motivated and empathetic person.
  • Comfortable working alone and collaboratively with a highly cross-functional team.
