Senior UI/UX Designer

2020 is already looking like a huge year for these guys so their looking for a new Senior UI/UX designer to join the team.

They are looking for someone who isn’t just boxes and arrows and client workshops. They’re after someone who loves ideas, wants to work with the best creatives in the business and who doesn’t just stop at best practice.

You may call yourself a Product Designer or a UI/UX designer. You’re most definitely a hybrid. You will have experience leading projects, driving customer experience strategies forward, prototyping your ideas quickly and designing beautiful and effective experiences and products on web base projects and multiple platforms.

About you:

• Design sensibility. Can demonstrate great taste with regards to UI design and is interested in the latest design trends.
• Systematic. You can systemise your design work, creating, maintaining and using design systems to underpin your work.
• UX to UI at speed. The world moves quickly and so do we. We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving their thinking from journeys, to prototypes to finished user interfaces efficiently.
• Prototyping skills. Sketch and InVision are a must. Marvel, Principle or similar are a nice to have.

• Strategic thinking. You are comfortable letting insights and data guide you, and customer experience journey mapping is part of your standard vocabulary.
• Strong client relationships. Clients trust you and you have perfected your narrative skills to sell in work persuasively.
• You are comfortable setting, defining and unpacking a design vision or ‘north star’ experience. You’re excited by both the exploratory and production sides of design.

Importantly, you are in love with your craft and the process of ideation, prototyping, designing and testing still gets you excited. You dream up hypotheses and are eager to build something quickly to prove or disprove them.
