Senior Designer

My client are Global Branding Agency looking for a Senior Designer, this is an exciting opportunity to join an exciting creative agency and work with a variety of different brands.

You will be responsible for creating assets from initial brief to final delivery, this will be across a variety of different media platforms; You will have a focus on branding and assist with creating marketing collateral as well as mentoring junior members of the team. To be considered for this role you will have experience working on branding projects and creating assets across print, web and social streams. You will also have experience creating packaging and elements of motion i.e animations and GIFS. Experience working agency side is ideal but not essential.

Key Accountabilities:

• Clear awareness of the communication challenge and the commercial and strategic objectives of a client brief.
• Generates impactful creative solutions built on solid strategic foundations clearly linked to solving a client challenge.
• Demonstrates an ability to positively interact with both creative, consulting and account management teams.
• Can own and lead a project and give direction to more junior members of the team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (other platforms where appropriate)
• Demonstrates an ability to generate ideas and communicate them
• Cares about the detail and getting under the skin of the challenge
• Demonstrating an expertise in skill area / discipline
• Takes responsibility for a creative challenge from creation to delivery (leadership)
