Senior Creative | Leading ad Agency | Asap Start | up to £70,000p/a

My client, one of London’s leading ad agencies, is looking to bring in a top tier Creative to help them achieve over and beyond their already stellar achievements. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from re-brands to OOH campaigns, you’ll be responsible for leading the Creative Team through the creative process, as well as liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met.

In this role you will show off your art direction, design, and copywriting skills. You will conceptualise ideas and execute them across digital and print campaigns. We are looking for an integrated a creative who has strong communication skills!

About you:

• You’ll be a Lead/ Senior designer or hands-on Creative Director, with at least 3-4 years experience at a Senior level
• A flair for creating original concepts in response to briefs
• Have an in depth knowledge of the current market, and different touchpoints can be utilised to engage and connect individuals
• Sound copywriting skills
• Strong time and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident, with a customer first mindset
• Problem solver who takes accountability and ownership of projects
• Fluent in the use of relevant design software – Adobe Creative Suite etc

About the role:

• Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based work to challenge expectations
• Have the ability to create multiple concepts for new briefs
• Work on eye-catching design, and be leading the creative process and laying out guidelines for visual styling, logos, colour palettes and typography etc
• Lead the Creative team in the production of collateral across all touchpoints, including; print, digital OOH and online content.
• Present work to clients in a confident and focused manner to excite and persuade
• Question and challenge briefs where appropriate to achieve better results
• Manage your own capacity to deliver workload within agreed timescales
• Proactively monitor the quality, accuracy and consistency of the studio
