My clients is: one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK with over 50 onsite clients comprised of some of the UK’s most amazing brands. They offer a fun and flexible working environment and HUGE room for progression.

This role: working on site with one of the UK’s leading retailers in Welwyn Garden City. You’ll take briefs for high-profile campaigns and execute pixel perfect work across both digital and print.

We are looking for: an integrated designer with outstanding experience working across DM channels and campaigns. You’ll have high energy and great people skills and experience of developing creative concepts through to final delivery.

Role Specifics:

• You will have excellent digital and print design skills with strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent design skills (concept, layout, creativity and attention to detail)
• Strong direct marketing experience is a must
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and provide consistent artwork quality
• Excellent client liaison and customer service skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
• Great teamwork skills
• Be a great team player and have good communication skills
• Excellent client liaison skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Responsibility for accurate presentation of final artwork for production
• Experience in digital, web banners and social assets, also any web design experience is desirable.
• HTML5 experience is a benefit

Desirable

• Previous experience working in an agency environment
• Experience in the retail sector
