My clients is: one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK with over 50 onsite clients comprised of some of the UK’s most amazing brands. They offer a fun and flexible working environment and HUGE room for progression.

This role: working on site with one of the UK’s leading retailers in Welwyn Garden City. You’ll take briefs for high-profile campaigns and execute pixel perfect work across both digital and print.

We are looking for: an integrated designer with a strong digital background who is used to working in a fast-paced agency environment, working to brand guidelines. You’ll help to create dynamic animated banners so knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 is key.

Role Specifics:

• You will be working on both digital and print based projects therefore a broad range of integrated design skills are required.
• You will be creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines and agreed timescales.
• You will have an excellent working knowledge of HTML5 for the purpose of designing and building responsive HTML emails.
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 is a key, with the ability to build dynamic animated banners.
  You will have good print and conceptual design skills
• Solid understanding of industry production standards (such as digital WCAG 2.0 guidelines for accessibility)
• Experience of producing traditional print-based collateral such as leaflets, flyers and brochures. Experience with static as well as dynamic displays.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop – and also Sketch
• Ability to manage resource not only in terms of the onsite team but regular additional resource for peaks and projects
• A good multitasker
• Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-past environment
• A good problem solver
• Comfortable managing large design projects
