Senior/ Lead Motion Designer

We are working with a Top Branding agency who are looking for a skilled and creative Senior Motion Designer to join their team. The Senior Motion Designer will play a key role in bringing clients’ brand visions to life through dynamic motion graphics and animations. They will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative and account teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative motion design solutions.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, animating, and finalizing designs.
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a range of projects, including commercials, brand films, and digital content.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design processes and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and techniques into designs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a motion design role, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in motion design software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for design and a drive to constantly improve and push creative boundaries.
