I’m not able to share to much about my client but I will say the following.

These guys are the fastest growing business in their space. They have a presence in the UK / Europe / US / Canada and South Africa.

These guys have been predicted to be the next Monzo / Uber / Canva in their sector.

This company is transforming the way customers make initial contact with business’s online. Conducting a search and going through pages and pages of results is old school. That is all I can say for now.

The business is profitable with a proven model. They’re looking for like-minded and exceptionally talented people to join them on an incredible journey.

You’ll be the first Product Designer hire and so you’ll need to be both hands-on and strategic and able to combine the two with sharp, 360 thinking and enjoy the challenge of a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

As they grow, you’ll grow too and, in the near future, you’ll have the opportunity to build a team and own the design output of the company.

About the role

You’ll be working top-down and bottom-up; a customer’s experience with this business spans multiple touch points including digital, phone calls, email and more. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, analytics and the founders to create high performing user experiences.

You’ll have various stakeholders and will be at the heart of a fascinating challenge which is to continuously optimise experiences to drive long term value, make customers love their services and deliver complex functionality in a simple, intuitive way.

You will be at the forefront of designing market-leading and exceptionally innovative products that will genuinely change the world.

You’ll be the first Product Designer hire and so you’ll need to be both hands-on and strategic and able to combine the two with sharp, 360 thinking and enjoy the challenge of a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

As we grow, you’ll grow too and, in the future, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.
