Senior Product Designer

This Berlin-based FinTech brand is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its newly established Tribe to work on a new, top of the line iteration of their POS Product.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, with deep expertise in one and strong skills in the other.
• Knowledge of common design tools/services (especially Figma)
• Experience working with a human-centered design approach, and qualitative & quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions
• Comfortable working with cross-functional collaboration
• Commercial experience designing and shipping complex web and mobile applications across the entire product development cycle
• Able to contribute design components and UX patterns to the global design system and uphold high standards & a shared vision
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in working in an agile environment and ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities
