Senior Product Designer – Up to £80,000 – Remote Optional

They have recently embarked on a huge transformation which is spearheaded by the help of some new senior hires from the likes of Apple, Nike, Amazon and Netflix to name a few!

They are the marketing partner to millions of small businesses around the world. For more than 20 years, they have helped small businesses look and feel credible through high-quality marketing products and solutions that include signage, logo apparel, promotional products, face masks, flyers, postcards, business cards, websites and digital marketing.

With my client, small businesses are able to create and customize their marketing with easy-to-use digital tools and design-templates, or by receiving expert graphic design support. In 2020, my client expanded its design offering via a worldwide community of more than 150,000 talented designers to make it easy for designers and clients to work together to create designs they love. My client is focused on making great marketing and design accessible to every small business owner, allowing them to create a cohesive brand image for use in-store, online and on-the-go.

Alongside this, my client have dedicated research, design systems and design ops teams so, as a product designer, you can truly focus on the end to end product experience!

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our newly formed and growing design team. You’ll be one of the architects of my clients’ mission, helping millions of small businesses around the world by delivering incredible product and digital experience. They are customer-focused, and you should be too. After all, we’re building products, tools and services that are helping them grow their businesses and build a better future for themselves and their families.

What You Will Do:

• Develop new, innovative experiences across sites and platforms within the product experience
• Build high-quality, user-centric, measurably impactful work that will affect millions of customers globally
• Partner with talented leaders, designers, PMs and engineers and have a direct impact on the future look and feel

Your Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Senior Product Designer within a digital, design environment (agency and/or in-house) for a tech/retail/consumer brand
• Proven ability in developing large scale, high-quality, digital experiences as demonstrated by your portfolio
• Strength in all aspects of design in a digital, product or user-centric space
• Able to balance quality standards with MVP testing strategies
• Background in producing data-informed, measurable effective UX by leveraging customer insights, A/B testing and personalization
• Able to build strong cross functional relationships with design, creative, technical and business partners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Retail, content or similar merchandising background
