Our client is an established telecommunication provider that operates across a global network. A new opportunity has come up for a UX Designer to join a growing team in central London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has interest an interest in UX and is keen to expand their skills and experience

Key Requirments:

• Work with the User Experience Designers to explore the UX design documentation and help identify issues and opportunities
• Take ownership of one or more parts of the user experience: mapping user journeys and designing interactions and interfaces across multiple Dnata brands.
• Keeping up to date with different design trends
• Confident presenting ideas across a range of stakeholders.
• Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts as well as help drive the understanding and importance of UX across the organisation.
• Experienced in working closely with a UX team including developing concepts
• Define user interviews and facilitating user research to unearth customer insights.
• Mapping journeys and finding friction points across user journeys and of the entire lifecycle from awareness to advocacy, working with all stakeholders in the wider business.
• Ability to take complex things and make them simple.
• Regularly presenting findings to the wider digital team and key stakeholders.
• Measuring the results of your work with support from our data team, looking for improvements and making a tangible impact to business growth.
• MA/BA in Digital Media/ Communication Design OR MA/BA in Graphic Design OR Human Computer Interaction degree OR Design related University degree.
• Minimum 5 years in similar design role with proven UX experience
• Experience with end-to-end design including research, wire framing, interaction design, visual design and collaborating with developers to deliver projects.
• Experience designing digital products at small to medium scale.
• Self-starter who loves to collaborate with designers, engineers, data, product managers and other teams.
• Comfortable working in Sketch, Axure and any other tools you would like to bring to the function.
• A portfolio of your work with examples of interaction and visual design.
• Proficient within Information Architecture & User Journeys;
• Excellent understanding of user centred design principles;
• Understanding of CSS, HTML
• Participate in and design user experience research and usability studies with the UX Researcher
• Innovate new ways of solving complex design problems and information visualisations
• Utilising design conventions
• Execute against multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, environment and deliver strategically sound, conceptually-based, iconic experiences.
• Create and manage all design assets to support world class visual design production
