The Role
This exciting brand is looking for a Service Designer, to work with one of our flagship clients as they embark on a digital transformation journey, with the ambition to build ‘stand out services’ and effortless experiences for their customers and employees. The organisation in undergoing significant change, moving toward a human-centred, service oriented mindset and we are working alongside them to build a centre of excellence, with a remit to build new generation services and launch them to market.

Key skills and experience

• Play a day-to-day role coaching squads, and ideally, have experience of facilitating larger workshops and accelerated sessions
• Using the established Human-centred Design (HCD) framework to developing differentiated product and service offerings
• Help establish ways of working within and across teams
• Using HCD, Agile and Lean Startup techniques to coach teams to:
• Define a clear vision for each service based on user research
• Prove the case for a Minimum Viable Product or Service (MVP or MVS) for each service
• Validate each MVP/MVS through Prototype testing
• Build and Prepare the Minimum Marketable Product or Service (MMP or MMS).
• Ensure ongoing success through careful management of adoption and measurement.
