This is a fantastic opportunity to join the marketing team of a growing global technology business with $billions in revenue. In this role, you will oversee the design and design and production resources for creative projects from brief through to production and final delivery. As this role is new, it’s an exciting opportunity to set up new processes, work strategically and dramatically improve results.

We are looking for a talented studio manager with great project management and a sharp eye for detail. You will understand the design process and have the nouse to deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines.

About the role:

  • Create, manage and implement new processes, workflow and systems and continue to optimize
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all projects being briefed into the team
  • Proactively plan the work flow management of all creative, digital and content work
  • Ensure projects are briefed, scoped, assigned, managed and delivered on brand, on time and to the required standard
  • Ensuring the right people are on the right project – in-house and agencies
  • Manage budget with external agencies
  • Report on progress and other aspects of creative workflow

About you:

  • Experience of creative management systems such as Wrike
  • Knowledge of current design and digital marketing trends
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines & often under pressure
  • Ability to problem-solve project briefs and consider various routes to ensure delivery
  • Great communication skills, ability to articulate ideas within a team environment and across multiple stakeholders
  • Solid budget and finance experience
