My client is a rapidly growing tech company that has developed a suite of cutting-edge products that harness the power of data in the property sector. Like any startup, AI has a fast-paced and dynamic working environment with a strong teamwork ethic and active social scene.

Reporting into the Lead Creative, this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative Mid to Senior Digital Designer to be responsible for the UI and be involved in UX across our suite of products, supporting the design team.

As a UI Designer, you will be a crucial member of a small, fast-paced team faced with a wide variety of challenging projects that will ultimately help you grow in your career. About the role:

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Working with the creative lead and visual designer to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Considering existing products and evaluating their UX effectiveness.

About you:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills who can work at a fast pace on multiple projects
• Technically minded, able to understand new systems quickly
• Educated to degree level or equivalent – preferably design related
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD / Sketch)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, desirable
