Not long ago I began supporting a fascinating and complex business by aiding in the growth of their transformation team. A business who are approaching the evolution of their products and services with a design-first mindset and approach.

The client are embarking on a multi-year service transformation programme to reinvent the experience for its customers, people and partners. This programme is in the early phase of mobilisation, new teams and roles are developing alongside the needs of the different workstreams. In this case, we are looking for a talented and experienced UI/Product Designer to deliver a UI re-skin and new Design System. Working alongside a strong and passionate team of specialists.
