UX Design Lead

UX Design Lead | Based in Cambridge

This is an exciting chance to join a rapidly growing technology innovation agency who create digital and physical products for the medical and consumer sectors 🚀

You’ll be tasked with taking products from discovery to launch, working with some of the brightest minds in product innovation.

We’re looking for someone who can not only design products and services but sell their ideas to clients too 🦾

About You:

• Hands-on design experience including creating prototypes, process flows, user journeys, job stories, personas and other UX best practices
• You have been involved in primary research and user studies, with the ability to translate insights into compelling UX strategies
• You’re a strong communicator with the ability to pitch and sell your ideas to clients
• You have led and grown teams within fast-growth organisations
• With a strong academic background, you’ll be used to working alongside experts in a variety of fields
• Ideally you will have experience designing products in the medical / healthcare sectors
