Greater London Contract / 3-6 months £300.00 - £350.00 per annum

My Client are a pioneering technology setup who are looking for their next enthusiastic and creative designer to take their service proposition and market leading technology platform to the next level.

They are keen to take a UX/UI designer on to their team on a 3-6 month basis with a likely view to extending.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile fashion to collaborate and innovate to deliver on some fantastic feature changes to what is already a very successful platform, used daily by a user base of millions!

The role is immediately available. My Client are incredibly keen to move very quickly to secure this hire!

The right candidate will enjoy and thrive upon:

· Working closely with Digital Designers, UX Designers, Creatives, Project Managers and Developers to deliver compelling web-based user experiences.

· Using an iterative, user-centered design process in everything they form; from initial usability testing and research, right the way through to creating wireframes in low and hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping and the overall end to end process of the design of functioning and hi performing products.

· Creating eye-catching visual, UI and interaction design in your efforts to construct inspiring websites and apps.

· Presenting your design ideas to internal team members as well as directly to clients in the form of workshops on a regular basis to inform on developments of the work carried out by yourself and colleagues.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a UX/UI designer on either client or agency side.

· User testing and research as part of a strategic approach to product design.

· Proven ability in using information to shape user journeys and optimal user experience.

· Strong experience in forming responsive web-design projects that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional

· Proven experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Principle and Invision

· A solid foundation in the principles of user centred design and methodology and the ability to transition this into application to awe-inspiring creative direction.

· An insatiable passion for instigating innovative and thought-provoking design ideas.

· An infectious curiosity to match an empathetic and compassionate spirit.
