Commercial & Sales Support Manager

The role

To be based out of the UK HQ, this is a stimulating, challenging and highly rewarding role with the opportunity to travel internationally. Supporting the Commercial Development Director and the related Marketing team to enhance the organisations ability to develop a compelling product to clients across the globe.

This role is all about working on the companies portfolio of products products that haven’t gone to market yet and using your skills to develop them.

Due to the wide range of existing clients already working with this global business, international travel will be required.

• Leading the pre-launch activities ahead of new solution releases. This will involve bringing together competitor intelligence, developing sales and marketing collateral to be used by consultants when promoting the solution to clients, developing pricing models that support the solution.
• Providing organisation leaders with business intelligence relating to the sale of the portfolio, by country, by product /service line, by customer etc.
• Working in close cooperation with the consultants in different countries to apply pricing policies and guidelines.
