Freelance Lead Product Owner

This Challenger bank is looking for a freelance Led Product owner for 3-months starting asap looking after the strategic customer support tooling road-map.

So, what’s the gig?

• You will be working with the wider Product and Engineering teams

• To streamline the back member support as this company is are expanding globally, they need you to create the road-map on a larger scale on an international basis as they are predominantly UK based

• Creating and getting started the road-map globally
• Defining OKR’s
• Managing 5-10 product owners
• Looking after multiple PO’s, and their respective backlogs and priorities.
• Maintaining the delivery and leading on improvements and long-term relationships
• Testing hypotheses with data analysis and looking at tracking tools
• Corresponding with finance, legal, marketing, compliance, risk, tech, data science to transform strategy into execution

If you have this then even better:

• You come from a Fin-Tech background, ideally a start-up culture or Challenger bank background will put you in a great position
• Experience in Zendesk ad Salesforce
• Have worked in shipping market-leading products in a fast-growing tech company before as a Senior Product Owner or Head of Product
• You’re an experienced user of customer support tooling or have worked on custom API based support solutions, tooling and work-flow management
• You have a background in customer service product management
• Strong technical and analytical skills and analysing data
• Having worked in consulting, product, a start-up, or working with technical products
• Have solid work experience in agile product development best practices
