Head of Product

Salt is partnered with a product-led and growing ad-tech scale-up HQ’d in Amsterdam. With offices/clients globally and ambitious growth plans, they’re looking for a Head of Product to join their diverse and international team.

Their SaaS offering makes it easy to create and distribute stunning campaigns and experiences for some of the world’s leading publishers.

The Head of Product will lead the product organisation, focus on the iterative development and launch of new products whilst making sure business goals, stakeholders and priorities are aligned.

The Head of Product will lead the product team by sharing best practice, having a user-focus and working with the latest frameworks and methodologies.

What you need…

  • 5+ years of experience within Product Management, preferably experienced in leading teams of Product Owners and Managers.
  • Demonstrable experience in Online Advertising, AdTech, MarTech or OTT. Programmatic Advertising experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest and most implemented product/agile/scrum techniques.
  • A strong user-focus and data-centricity.
  • Excellent English (written and verbal) – must have!

*Flexible working environment – currently WFH, a 50/50 split of working from home/office in the future.
