Head of Product

Salt has partnered with one of the UK’s biggest online marketplaces as they look for a Head of Product. Founded in 2019 this company hit unicorn status in June 2020 making it the fasted British business ever to reach unicorn status!

As Head of Product, you will lead the Operations Production portfolio and Product teams to create products that fulfill their ambitious growth plans in the weeks, months, and years to come. This particular group of products covers everything to do with production and preparation for retail and subscriptions. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions, working with operations, logistics, customer service, and data to ensure the team has the resources and skills to successfully deliver roadmaps. The teams in the group include Production, Product Infomation Management, and site integration’s – line management and mentoring experience is necessary.

If you are a Product leader with experience delivering successful software for business process workflow automation and experience in manufacturing – or process-flows then this is the role for you!

Salary – £115k/£125k plus package including equity.

Location – London, in the office 2/3 days a week once things have returned to normal.
