As the Head of product you will be responsible for taking the lead on various acquiring and value added service products, this means assessing our current products, looking to make improvements and extensions and finding out what customers want, like, and need. You will drive various product strategies forward, gathering and promoting the most effective ideas into technical features for our customers and follow product development from start to finish.

What the role involves

You’re accountable for your product portfolio, working very closely with stakeholders of those teams to define product vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for them by building and leading a team of Product Managers.

You’ll communicate the story and value of your products in non-technical terms – so that the whole business understands the value and why they are doing it.

With excellent stakeholder management skills, you’ll manage relationships with C-level executives.

Help the company to shape the product organization

Work with a number of stakeholders to advise on company product strategy and new growth opportunities

Help maintain and build on how the business is currently operating within product development

Coaching and mentoring management and the product team members

What you will bring the team

You’ll bring an entrepreneurial flair with significant experience leading teams to deliver amazing products and services.

You’ll work collaboratively with your team to create a product strategy and vision with accountability for driving its execution through the creation of product roadmaps.
