We are looking for a new team member to join as Head of Product to work on automation. The successful candidate will bring a touch of class to the product team, helping take the product through to a truly delightful experience for It’s users.

Tasked with leading a small team of Product managers (likely 3 to start with) and managing an offshore engineering and machine learning team.

In this role you will:

• Manage the end to end journeys that automation can enable
• Collaborate with other Product teams
• Define strategies for automation
• Manage KPI’s for product suite
• Work closely with UX/UI
• Manage the full product lifecycle; working closely with your product managers, design, tech and marketing.
• prioritise the product roadmap, building the right thing at the right time.
• Coach and mentor your team

You will have

• 5 years Product Management experience
• Analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Agile
• Have impeccable communication skills
• Problem solver and innovator
