Head of Product – FinTech Startup

Salt have been exclusively retained by a seed stage FinTech start-up who recently had a very healthy €5M seed round and are now looking for their 2nd person to join them on the ground as their Head of Product

What we are looking for is an experienced Senior Product Manager or a hands on Head of Product who is ready to take on a team of Product Managers below them and help build a unique B2B financial marketplace. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding and experience of financial or lending products and understand the technicality behind the eco system of the products.

The product itself is a FinTech marketplace offering a one stop shop solution to build or establish themselves as a FinTech. Think of a wordpress / build it yourself solution for businesses getting into FinTech

What we are looking for?

• At least 6 years experience within product management
• Experience within the FinTech, eCommerce or anything to do with lending
• Experience working in a start-up environment
• Excellent stakeholder management
• An entrepreneurial mindset
