Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for someone who is unfazed by complex design challenges and revels in crafting visually stunning digital products. You will challenge the status quo and make an impact wherever you go 🚀

About the role:

• Devise simple design solutions to complex challenges, immersing yourself in the subject matter to drive informed decision making
• Support the client more broadly, working closely with our coaches, product and strategy leads to ensure strong and lasting relationships
• Regularly assess and evolve approach to design challenges, both internal and external
• Help evolve the brand language and supporting assets, educating others on how to get the most from it

About you:

• You will have consultancy/agency experience and you’ll know how to lead the creation of complex products and services
• You will have been responsible for other designers’ output, acting as a leader and mentor
• You’re a positive disruptor who isn’t afraid to break the rules when they don’t get us where we need to be, with a passion to own and drive the plan forward
• Naturally collaborative, ego-free and able to give and take design critique
