Product Designer – £45-60k DOE – Central London

Role: Senior UX/UI Designer

Salary: £55-65k DOE

Location: Central London (Zone 1)

My client is one of the UK’s biggest retailers, dominating both on and offline marketplaces. They’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI designer to sit within the cross-functional product team, working on the day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities

· Prototyping effective MVP solutions.

· Conducting and facilitating necessary user research.

· Managing projects with clear communication. Regularly presenting findings to the Design function and wider Product Development organisation.

· Working onsite with client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Measuring the results and undertaking impact assessments on new product enhancements.

· Ensuring product experience changes are correctly implemented with considerable user testing and front-end testing.

· Prioritising friction points by impact and business effort by liaising with Product Managers.

Experience

· 4+ years experience working within product design and development

· Preferable eCommerce experience demonstrated in your portfolio

· Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, hypotheses or questions and hypotheses to ensure our work delivers value to the business and to customers

· Experience of working in customer-orientated user experience design projects, and the tools necessary to produce that work (Sketch)

· Knowledge of Lean UX, Lean startup, Design Thinking, and dual track agile
