Midweight Product Designer

I’m currently working with an enterprise UX agency tasked with using design to enrich the lives of their users, helping to make the world a better place through design.

They are the know-how of User Experience, working with their clients to identify inefficient workflows and create business architecture and enterprise tools that help change companies for the better. Staff are at the centre of their design processes and they understand how to influence change and happiness through better-designed business apps that increase workplace efficiency.

The Role

They’re looking for a Midweight UX designer to join their expanding team. From research and ideation to prototyping and testing, you’ll be solving design problems for some of the UK’s most well-known brands and businesses.

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional design experience; working on and delivering digital products.
• Proven creativity and analytical thinking through design
• Great communication skills
• Previous agency experience is a nice to have

Responsibilities

• Attending stakeholder meetings, writing proposals and generating design solutions.
• You’ll be outlining client, user and technical needs to turn them into project objectives.
• You’ll design digital experiences for apps, websites and many other digital products.
• You’ll manage the design process; set goals, drive decisions, track issues and create solutions.
• You’ll use your passion to exceed client expectations, inspire co-workers and help us build our design capabilities.
