As the Ecommerce Product Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on their E-Commerce gateway product, this means assessing their current product, looking to make improvements and extensions and finding out what their customers want, like, and need from an E-Commerce acquiring product. They are looking to build a class leading e-commerce acquiring product that makes onboarding and integrating customers and partners simple and expedient, and providing best in class management and reporting functionality. Looking to support native apps and web based systems they will be accepting all types of payments including alternative payment methods. You will drive this ecommerce product strategy forward, gathering and promoting the most effective ideas into technical features for their customers and EPOS partners.

You have:

  • A strong background in eCommerce/mCommerce product creation and management
  • A background in ecommerce gateways
  • Experience in working with vendors and managing the relationship and their deliverables
  • The ability to recognise pain points for their customers and our business with the ability to provide effective and creative solutions
  • Highly logical, technical, analytical and data driven in nature
  • A key understanding of the general fundamentals of product management and core structural processes i.e. problem recognition, analysis, development, testing, development, retesting, launching etc.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience creating customer facing products
  • Agile experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with all internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Development teams as well as individual Product Managers in order to build overall best in class ecommerce solution.

Take ownership of the overall product roadmap for the entire Ecommerce function of the business across all departments.

You will be expected to have a complete understanding of the internal and external customers of the business in order to analyse and identify areas of functionality across the business that can be improved in order to provide continuous improvements to a best in class product.

Build relationships across all facets of the business and work closely with senior leaders in areas such as Sales, Development, Marketing, etc. in order to provide optimum collaboration when tackling product challenges.

Always operating at the forefront of the latest technologies in order to champion Ecommerce best practices throughout the business.
