The opportunity has come up to join a London based FinTech who’s mission is to help people understand their money, work with them to invest and save, and it works! They’ve saved millions of pounds for their customers and they’re going from strength to strength and are now about to embark on a significant scale up.

Product Manager – FinTech Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and pain points of users and identify solutions
• Work with users and designers to test your intuitions, and then with engineers to bring them to life
• Make sure that you can measure and test your ideas, always using data to validate your work
• Continually be thinking about new product development as well as continual product improvement

Product Manager – FinTech Requirements

• Successful experience as a product manager in a tech start-up (ideally FinTech but not essential)
• Must have worked on consumer facing (B2C) products
• A collaborative team player that is interested in working in a start-up environment – all hands on deck when needed!
• A head for data, and the ability to be able to draw insights
• Good excel skills and an understanding (or ability to learn) SQL are a plus!
• Strong with numbers; you can get insight from data, are comfortable with excel, and can get by (or can learn) SQL
