Are you a passionate Product Manager with extensive experience working with SaaS products and solutions? Do you want to work with a company whose mission is simple, to to improve digital experiences across the board? A leading European high growth SaaS start-up are on track to become the leading Digital Experience Insights platform, and they want a Product Manager to join them to help! By using the latest AI technology this software has the ability to share customer insights with some of the largest retailers and companies in Europe.

Product Manager – SaaS Responsibilities ​​​​​​

* Work and communicate closely and collaboratively with UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders
* Build the high-level mission, vision, and the plan to reach it, for your product scope
* Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure adoption and performance of your product over time
* Act as customer advocate, provide voice of the customer during internal discussions
* Perfectly document product requirements

Product Manager – SaaS Requirements ​​​​​​
* Has 5+ years of Product Management experience, majority with SaaS products/ companies
* Has led a software product or component from the inception to the shipping stage
* Can articulate customer needs into clear product features and requirements that can be quantified.
* Has a technical understanding and are comfortable participating in technical decisions made in your team.
* Is fluent in English both spoken and written
* Smart, a fast learner, and with strategic thinking
* Has a strong sense for User Experience and strong attention to details
* Is familiar to APIs and partnership ecosystems
