Senior Product Manager – Tech scale-up Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds.
• Leading cross-functional teams including UX, UI, C and engineering to analyse, design, and significantly expand core products.
• Prioritise roadmaps for exisiting and future product features, continually taking into consideration new product ideas based on customer feedback
• Be a leader within the business and communicate the passion for the product and how we continually improve it.
• Be an Agile champion – lead teams to prioritise properly using their technical know-how in addition to regular standups to make projects and products are on schedule .

Senior Product Manager – Tech scale-up Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager
• Must have worked in a tech start-up that is scaling.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams iteratively to drive improvement.
• “roll up your sleeves” mentality – crucial in a start-up environment!
• Fantastic stakeholder and communication skills (both internal and external)
• A moderate technical understanding (not a coder, but understanding technical frameworks, languages, architecture etc)
• Passion for technology start-ups and the desire to join a company with a vision to really succeed
