Do you love travel? Do you want to work for one of the worlds largest collection of specialist & luxury travel companies as they look to drive a focus and improve their digital & technology development across the group? As a result of this transformation they need two Product Owners to join them, with a focus on building & developing their CRM, and data driven personalisation projects. As the Product Owners you will get the chance to work with a variety of senior stakeholders across the group, and it is vital that you have a commercial mindset and fantastic communication skills.

Product Owner – CRM Responsibilities

• Work with the technical teams and business stakeholders to identify user and group needs when it comes to CRM and data projects
• Responsible for defining, prioritising and developing high quality products and features that deliver demonstrable customer and business value across the group
• Responsibility for the product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities, balancing benefit with effort, risk and technical complexity.
• Work collaboratively across the group to align priorities and ensure that there is consistency in the digital journey across all brands
• Act as an ambassador for Agile best practices, lead sprint reviews and engage in daily stand ups and sprint retrospectives.

Product Owner – CRM Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner/ Product Manager with a strong focus on CRM / Data projects
• Demonstrable Agile experience
• Make sound prioritisation decisions based on value and effort/risk to deliver
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and make effective decisions
• Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
• Experience of applying data and insight to inform decision-making
