Project Manager / Business Analyst, IoT

We’re looking for a bright and talented technical Project Manager who’s passionate about IoT, connected devices or gaining experience in this area.
This organisation is creating intelligent solutions that are truly disrupting and revolutionising the industry. They have recently launched a fantastic IoT product which is taking the market by storm alongside a number of innovate products set to be released this year.
This is a fast-growing organisation with some serious financial backing, a company that has already been voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK and which are currently using Salt to hire over 13 positions in the next 2 months

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Take the role of agile Project Manager and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
  • Ensure documented requirements have been analysed, validated and are aligned to business strategy
  • Document all Global operational processes
  • Ensure all Global operational processes incorporate Compliance/Legal considerations
  • Ensure all Global operational processes are signed off by the required stakeholders
  • Ensure all Global operational processes are updated in accordance to product releases e.g.
  • Mobile App, Internal CRM system, fulfilment system and Website
  • Produce training materials in relation to Global Operational processes and customer support
  • Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.

Ideal background and qualifications

  • Comprehensive documentation
  • Collaborative
  • 5 yrs + in a similar project management / business analyst role
  • Experience of IOT is obviously welcome, but not essential
  • Working on IT system projects both existing and new products
  • Working on process change projects
  • Requirements capture
