Introduction

Visual Designer needed with a good understanding of UX practices and working knowledge of Sketch, for an exciting new opening with a well known and rising name in the beauty world. You’ll be working in a small design team alongside the current Design and Marketing Directors to help reposition the brand image, as well as undertaking BAU tasks such as Collateral Design, UI Design for the web and digital channels and a bit of integrated design for print-based projects.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Marketing Director to produce pixel-perfect collateral to support the ongoing promotion of the company
  • Working with the CEO and other C-Suite stakeholders to progress the brand image and then roll out these actionable to all platforms (digital & print)
  • Analysing primary data captured from the CMS and using this to create user flows and journey maps that help inform the pipeline for design improvements
  • Ensuring consistency throughout all branded communications sent out by the company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ working in a fast-paced design environment. Typically, you will have a background in either a studio or eCommerce environment and will be used to working on multiple high priority deadlines at once
  • Experience using Sketch for deliverables
  • Adobe CC experience (Photoshop & Illustrator especially)

This is the perfect position for a designer with a few years experience behind them, that wants to make the move into a position with more autonomy. You will be a key player involved at the center of all design projects, so the role is best suited to a candidate who has confidence and determination in leading from the front.
