Senior Product Manager / Amsterdam (wfh) / Ecommerce

Salt is partnered with a rapidly-scaling marketplace who have recently ranked highly in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. They’re looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the founding team to take ownership of product development from conception to delivery.

They serve a global market of users, shipping to 100+ countries and have solid/ambitious strategic plans for innovation in 2021!

The Product Manager will have both execution and strategic responsibilities, be comfortable working with distributed teams and have a background in building user-centric, B2C products.

What you need…

  • 3+ years’ experience building and scaling B2C products with a strong customer and data focus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Comfortability leading cross-functional teams made of UX, Tech & Data.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA
  • You’ll have experience with lean product discovery, user testing, A/B testing and MVP creation.
  • Ability to clarify and translate requirements into clear user stories
